Shipping Information

Each order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Once your order has been entrusted to our delivery partner, it will arrive via complimentary 48-hour tracked shipping, at no additional cost.

We currently offer delivery exclusively within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time, however, we hope to extend our service to selected destinations in the future.

 

Returns

We sincerely hope you are delighted with your Kimiko Huntley purchase. However, if you change your mind for any reason, you may return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before returning your item(s), please email info@kimikohuntley.co.uk to request the correct return address.

All returned items must be sent back at your own expense in their original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached. Once received, each return will be carefully inspected. Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the sender.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Kimiko Huntley cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please note that it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
